Helen is an exciting performer originally from Phoenix Arizona. She is a Coloratura Soprano known for her thrilling top and velvet tone. Ms. Hendricks’ signature role is The Queen of the Night from Mozart’s Opera Die Zauberflöte. While she loves music from the classical era Helen is also especially fond of repertoire from the Romantic era composers especially music of Strauss, and Verdi.

In addition to her singing engagements Ms. Hendricks is a passionate educator who loves sharing her love of music with her students. In lessons, Helen works to meet each student’s unique needs with exercises and activities specifically curated for them. On her quest to fully realize her potential as an educator Helen has been incredibly fortunate to work with Arizona Opera’s Education and Community engagement departments where she has been able to bring opera to the community and further develop herself as a lecturer, performer, and educator.
